2.10.0 release (Metalink hash cache, mirrorprobe)

MirrorBrain 2.10.0 has been released, with the following bug fixes and new features:

• The implementation of the cache of metalink hashes was made more reliable.
• Error handling of the mirrorprobe was improved.
• A number of little new features were implemented in the mb tool.
